Ingredients:
- Wings cut them twice
- Buttermilk
- Eggs (optional)
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
- Dried thyme
- Spices
- Salt and paper
- Garlic powder
Method :
-In a container mix together egg, buttermilk, salt and paper, spice, a bit of paprika, cayenne pepper and thyme.- put chicken in milk mixture for at least 1hoour in the refrigerator
-in another bowl mix flour, breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, salt n paper, garlic powder, thyme
-remove chicken from buttermilk and coat it to flour
-fry the coated wings in the oil for about 10min and drain it to a paper towel. Before serving sprinkle with salt and paper. Enjoy
