How To Make Baked Oysters gratinées a la Line



Here is my Super easy Oyster Recipe that everyone loves
From My Kitchen to yours Enjoy!!!

For 12 oysters

Ingredient:

  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1 table spoon grated parmesan 
  • Salt and pepper



Instructions:
Pre heat oven at 450 F
  1.  In a large saucepan melt butter at low heat.
  2.  Add garlic and infuse into the butter without browning it
  3.  Turn heat up and add the spinach. Cook until wilted approx. 2-3 minutes
  4.  Transfer the spinach in a sieve to drain the liquid
  5.  Once cooled down minced the spinach
  6.  In a small bowl mix bread crumbs and parmesan
  7.  Open the oysters and section the muscle to separate from shell
  8.  Put the oysters on a baking pan 
  9.  For each oyster and ½ teaspoon of the minced spinach and top with the bread crumb parmesan mix
  10.  Cook the oysters 4-6 minutes until the topping has browned. You can also finish it on broil to make the topping darker and crispier
  11. . Enjoy 
