Hallo...
Ingredients:
- Floor 4 small cups
- Vanilla essence
- Butter 200g
- Sugar 90g
- Salt half teaspoon
- Eggs 5
- Water half a normal mug cup
- Milk.4 table spoons
- Baking powder -half a teaspoon
Instruction:
1. Mix the butter and the sugar then stir till smooth or use a mixer if you have to stir.
2. Add essence at least 2table spoon full
Separate the egg white from the yoke.
3. Then mix the egg white to your sugar,butter, essence mix.
4. Add 10 table spoons of flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder, until u have the enough for the desired size.
5. Stir the mix.
Then add a bit of water stir it when its less thick add a bit of milk until the flower is thick porridge.
6. PreHeat your over at least 180 degrees
7. Oil your baking tin with enough butter all around then some flour all around the tin for easy removal.
8. Bake you cake at 190 n switch on the down plates of the oven only until cake is ready .
9. Keep piecing the top of the cake with a falk to ensure its ready if falk keeps coming out with raw dough then give it a bit of time(I gave it 1 he 30mins)
When done remove it let it cool.
Then put it on a Trey or dinner plate like mine..
